Refund Policy

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable but are adjustable against the cost of any treatment booked within 30 days of the consultation.

Treatment Advance

Advance payments made towards a scheduled procedure may be refunded, subject to a deduction for administrative and pre-operative costs, if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled date.

Non-Refundable Services

Once a surgical procedure or therapy session has commenced, fees for that session are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
